I provide only individual services for those ages 18 and older. At times, I may include a family member/members in a few sessions to help my client work through a difficult situation but I do not provide strictly couples or family counseling.
I do accept many insurances and try to work with you to make the counseling experience both beneficial and cost effective. I am able to accept these insurances:

If your insurance is not listed here but you do have out-of-network coverage, I will provide you with the superbill for reimbursement.
